• Health & Fitness Data: With your permission, we access step count data via HealthKit, and allow you to input information such as weight, height, age, gender, macros, meals, and fasting logs.
• Usage Data: We collect anonymized app usage data to improve features and performance.
• Device Information: We may log non-identifying technical data such as iOS version and device type for debugging purposes.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To power app features such as tracking macros, logging meals, fasting timers, and progress charts.
• To personalize your goals and improve your experience.
• To improve stability, performance, and usability.

3. Data Storage and Security

• All personal data is stored locally on your device. We do not store your data on external servers.
• You can delete your data at any time by uninstalling the app or resetting it through the app settings.

4. Third-Party Services

• We use Google AdMob to display ads. These may be personalized if tracking permissions are granted.
• We request iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission when required by the system.
• We do not sell or share any personal data with third parties.

5. Your Controls and Choices

• Disable HealthKit permissions at any time via your iPhone's system settings.
• Opt-out of personalized ads via iOS Privacy & Tracking settings.
• We only share data when you explicitly choose to export or share it.

6. Children’s Privacy

CoreTrace is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from children.

7. Legal Rights

• GDPR: Users in the EU/UK may request to access, correct, or delete personal data by contacting admin@exactrail.com.au.
• CCPA: California users may request details about data collection and request deletion at the same contact address.
